Chairman's Reserve 2005 St Lucia 46% 70cl 56.1 Demerara sugar and soft toffeeChairman's Reserve 2005 St Lucia 46% 70cl Rums aged in ex bourbon casks for 4 years then blended together ahead of being aged for a further 10 years before being bottled. Nose: Rich and very fruity with hints of mellow coffee and cream, chocolate and soft fudge with a hint of red apple and gala melon sweetness. Palate: Tangy notes of spiced fruit, some dark coca and fresh red velvet sponge, some tobacco. A nice lingering smooth finish.
