It is produced in the Chishui River region, a core area for sauce aroma style baijiu. This expression is crafted using sorghum, wheat (for Qu), and natural karst cave spring water. The production follows the traditional 12897 process, including one year of brewing, two grain inputs, eight fermentation cycles, nine steaming cycles, and seven liquor withdrawals.
