This parasol has 10 arms and a manual opener

I've based this parasol on a charted pattern I found without makers' marks and added many rounds and flame shapes to create the right shape and size for this parasol

Between the fan blades are small diamond-shaped fans

The mandala starts with bright red at the center and gradually fades through the ROYGBIV rainbow until it gets to purple at the edge

It's not an umbrella so it won't keep the rain off your head

It is surprisingly sturdy and durable. The doily features the ROYGBIV rainbow colors of the gay pride flag rainbow in a very short sequence, so there are lots and lots of rainbows throughout this pattern. This starburst pattern is one of my own creation.
