Made using the traditional method of Cold Compounding (or in laymans terms infusing). Very high quality copper pot still spirit is infused with ingredients including Juniper, Orange Peel, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves and Cardamom. This gin is made in ultra small batches (between 30 and 60 bottles at a time) and the length of the compounding period is
