Antique Victorian 18k Solid Gold Diamond Pendant Earrings with Tassels black_dot_pendant 1920 during the early ArtThe pendant drops feature foxtail tassels which are capped with a little ball. Interestingly, one pendant bottom appears to asymmetrical while the other is even, a little quirk of time. The pendant bottoms have a domed top with light enameling, mostly lost to time, and four small ruby paste cabochons. The top of the tassel is hallmarked with an eagle head and an owl with a 75 hallmark on the belly for the Paris assay office. The top sleeper portions
