I'd kind of like the de Moor treatment if all the results are this good. Pretty rare to get this much complexity into this much Aligot but that's the magic of a top producer. Drinks like a fleshier Petit Chablis. To get their desired results this bottling is a blend of three quarters '23 and the rest '22. Results achieved. ABV: 12%
