OBD2 Female to Marine 6-pin Male Adapter All of our Type 2CAN based Marine applications (MOBD) typically use a flat 6 pin diagnostic connector. This adapter allows a standard OBD2 style device to connect to the CAN and power lines of the Marine connector. Please be aware that most marine applications use a subset of the J1939 (heavy equipment) protocol. Most inexpensive OBD2 scanners only support passenger vehicles and light duty trucks.
