2023 Jasper Hill Emily's Paddock Shiraz Cabernet Franc 750ml Loire Fermentation: Fermented in tankEmily's Paddock spans three hectares of Shiraz, co planted with around five percent Cabernet Franc, yielding an average of two tonnes per hectare. Established in 1975 76, these own rooted vines grow on basaltic Cambrian period rock at 320 meters altitude. Reliant solely on natural rainfall, the dry grown vines produce intensely concentrated fruit, a hallmark of the winery. This wine showcases richness and complexity, with layers of flint, spices,
