Antique English Hallmarked Sterling Silver & Tortoise Shell 14.25" Text or Book Page Turner Ault Onival Ironically not all pieces attributedElegant antique English Edwardian era hallmarked sterling silver & genuine tortoise shell 14. 25" letter opener, actually a document or text "page turner" with mirror smooth handle & long genuine shell blade! The handle bears English sterling silver hallmarks, the Birmingham date letter is for 1919 and the silversmith is most likely for Collins & Cook, circa 1873 to early 1900s. The inscription reads 29th July 1903 so was made prior to the dedication.
