Domaine François Cotat, Sancerre 'La Grande Côte' 2023 Textural Grape: Pinot Noir + PinotPlace: Loire, France Grape: Sauvignon Blanc Vibe: Energetic Half old vines, half young, replanted by Franois in the last decade but that's all to the good, as he believes (correctly) that the young'uns add a burst of life and vigour to this bottling which offset the more serious, vinous quality of the oldies. Hyper concentrated and full, but still vibrant, with a tangy, flinty finish. ABV: 13%
