In this second batch of THE REMAKE we kept the Sorachi Ace hops on the DH, with their herbal, prickly funk and full juicy citrus, and the same Celeia hops on the hot side for a sharp, grassy green edge. All balanced by notes of soft toffee and glazed biscuity malts.
