Definitely French with a few of the blades marked "Paris" and date to around the late 1800s to earliest 1900s

whether you present as a gift to a child or decide it’s better suited as an elegant aperitif service for one

The silver rim bears the French Minerve or Minerva hallmark

The same pattern used by A & E Zimmerman of Birmingham c. 1904 but these are quite a bit larger than the pair I found online and have that stunning addition of the guilloche style blue & green enamels along the vines. Marked solely "Sterling"
