The brooch is fully hallmarked with Charles Horner's makers mark, dating to 1900. It weighs approx. 4. 78g and the size dimensions are in the later photos. There are some minor chips and rubbing on the paste, see pictures video. One claw is missing on the border. I've reduced the price accordingly.
