By sampling I do mean imbibing. Listn Blanco off centurion vines, planted in the volcanic soils above Orotava. Goes into neutral oak for 10 months maturation on the lees. Grand Cru vibes. This is a cut above, everything dialled up yet everything perfectly poised. One of the great white wines,
