The Celebration Ignacio de Lucca By tackling the collective memoryMaria Berrio was born in Bogota, Colombia, in 1982. She lives and works in NY, where she moved to, at the age of 17, to attend Parsons School of Design, to study illustration, and then went on to pursue a Masters degree at the School of Visual Arts, in NY, where she discovered the art of collage. Her first solo show was at Praxis NY, in 2013. Her work has been included at Cut n Mix, the group show at El Museo del Barrio, NY in 2015, Art on Paper
