Four days on skins for the Fiano before a year's ageing in chestnut and mulberry casks. Florals and spice dominate the aromatics, while the palate is powerful and structured, full of tart citrus fruit and beautifully balanced acidity, before it glides out on a long, saline finish. ABV: 13%
