Takasago Umeshu Aromatic The edge is smoothA special Ume shu (Japanese plum sake) made out of Junmaishu infused with plums. After the first year, the plums are replaced with fresh ones and left to mature for another year. This creates a moderately sweet and balanced ume shu, reminiscent of a desert wine. This Ume shu won the Silver prize in the sake category at the 2018 Japanese National Plum Sake Fair.
