Les Jardins de la Martiniere, Shiro 2019 England Gewurz from both the warmPlace: Loire, France Grape: Chenin Vibe: UNICORN 30 year old Cab Franc, from the bottom of a south east facing slope on clay soils. A beautiful place, and the name translates to "the sun setting over the hill." Fruit was macerated in whole bunches for 10 days with daily pigage, then raised in barrique for a year before moving to cuve for another four. Bottled late 2024.
