We wanted to really see and feel the marks left by the carpenters blade, to see the signs that tell you something has been made by human hands. Our carpenters, however, are perfectionists. Every sample came back smoother and more refined than the last. Eventually, we won them over on the glory of imperfection. The result is a pair of salad servers that celebrate the mark of the maker,
