The silversmith mark is on the inside lip and appears to be either for Watrous Manufacturing Co. or, perhaps, Webster Company though likely the former. Watrous Mfg. Co. was based in Wallingford, Connecticut from 1896, this piece likely dates to the early 1900s. A
