Heerlik Gin Daviess The new label dubbed “TheHeerlik Gin is handcrafted using traditional artisanal distilling methods at Metanoia Permaculture Farm and Distillery near Barrydale in the Western Cape. Using a state of the art imported Mller copper still from Germany, Heerlik Gin is produced from a blend of 7 botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, cardamom and freshly cut citrus from 5 different varieties, which are sourced from Metanoia's farm in the Tradouw Valley.
