A heavy bodied, richly spicy and cocoa toned espresso with only light citrus and dried fruit nuances. This is our main espresso blend for milk based drinks in our Marblehead cafe. We recommend 18+ grams dose at 200 202 degrees Fahrenheit. Brew volumes are quite forgiving from an extreme ristretto style to traditional (or normale) shots.
