though you see a little bit of loss at bottom center which was probably due to the removal of the original frame (which we do not possess)

I see no chips or cracks in the mother of pearl and the interior has just a bit of darkening around the edges of the fabric and only a slight bit of fraying. The tip of the pencil looks like it needs a better sharpening :). See pictures for measurements.
