Following the traditional London Gin method, the distiller ensure the highest quality gin is produced in a single pass of the still. The copper reflux still allows us to capture only the finest alcohol, offering a superior quality product. The carefully selected botanicals are a mix of the traditional elements including Juniper, coriander seed, citrus peels and Liquorice Root.
