His name, DJ ORourke, is seen inside the hat. It is from the Cadet Store at West Point. It is a full dress tschako with plume. It is in excellent condition with only a few small scratches to the top panel. The sweatband is dated 1969. It is a size 7 1 8. A unique and quite beautiful cap!
