She is the Hard Head version which is mostly noticeable by her face paint. The box is nearly perfect with only light wear. She has a speck of dust in her chin like many of them do when they're trapped in their boxes. It isn't fungus although I can't guarantee it would wipe right off or that there aren't hidden spots.
