Distilled just outside of Montreal, this release has a mash bill with a higher percentage of corn than our usual rye mash bills. This gives the whiskey a unique sweetness that sets it apart from our other ryes. We rebarreled this whiskey in a new #3 char barrel for 15 months before bottling it to further develop
