Only 300 bottles are produced from 100 years old Carignan vines, growing at the southern part of the Aubagues section in Gratallops. Manual harvest, indigenous yeast fermentation and 18 month ageing in fine grained Allier oak. Nose of blackberry and savory complexity with mineral, spicy and toasted flavours are blended in with candied almonds and aromatic herbs. The
