This cognac has reached the paroxysm of oxidation. The aromas that have lost freshness and intensity tend towards almonds, kernels and the famous 'rancio' so characteristic of very very old cognacs. This taste is difficult to describe. It is found in old beeswax furniture or old walnut oils; it only appears after a very long
