Metamorphosis Totonicapán Embroidery we can use them toMy work is inspired by the metamorphosis of the butterfly. Before spreading its wings, the butterfly goes through a time of retreat as a caterpillara quiet and patient process in which it gradually prepares to transform. My own journey has been similar: I have gone through a period of pause, turning inward to acknowledge my shadows, discover my light, and embrace the beauty that has always lived within me. In this process, I have learned that true
