La Patience, Grenache Blanc/Chardonnay/Vermentino "Vin Blanc" Vin de France 2025 certifiedorganic The early floral yet biscuitChardonnay, sourced from La Patiences own organically certified vineyards and Vermentino, purchased from a local sustainable grower (HVE: high environmental value). The grapes are direct pressed, fermented with added neutral yeast, and vinified in temperature controlled concrete and stainless steel tanks. Bottled in January after harvest after light filtration and vegan friendly fining.
