The palate is rich with dark fruit flavors, well structured tannins, and a long fruity finish. The grapes were picked in the cool mornings, crushed, and fermented with the skins for one week to extract the rich color and flavor. 100% malolactic fermentation. The wine ages for 18 months in tank and oak. Michel Schlumbergers first vines were planted in 1979 by Jean Jacques
