Deanston Organic 2000 Fino 50.9% 70cl Blair Athol Hessian and HaybalesDeanston Organic 2000 Fino 50. 9% 70cl Nose: Soft and fruity with a little hint of cream and vanilla, soft dark fruits, hints of toasted barrel oak, fresh butter croissants with damson jam and cream. Palate: A very rich and rather nice waxiness with fresh banana and toffee, whipped cream, and chocolate bon bons, coffee foam, fresh baked chocolate sponge with a nice fruity sweet sultana and honey, sweet spices of cinnamon and candied citrus.
