Donjon de Lamarque 2018 Haut Medoc Chateau de Lamarque 75cl Roe & Co Notes of liquoriceDonjon de Lamarque is the second wine of Chteau Lamarque, crafted from young vines and primarily Merlot (60%) with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%). Before alcoholic fermentation, depending on the vintage, 1015% of each vat is bled off to increase fruit concentration; these bleedings are vinified separately to create a ros wine, Noblesse Oblige. Fermentation is carried out separately by grape variety over 21 days in thermoregulated vats at
