1963 Mega Rare Herman Miller Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman 670 & 671 by Charles and Ray Eames in Ebonized Wood with Black Leather Seating These are exceptionally rare andThis is an original Eames Lounge Chair and Ottoman, models 670 and 671, designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1956. This set dates to 1963 and appears to have been a custom order, having black ebonized wood panels, which we have never seen before. The color of the wood behind the original affixed paper labels is black, indicating that the black finish was applied in the factory prior to the labels being applied. Both pieces have
