Individual vineyards fermented separately with long maceration but low extraction. Final blend made after short elevage in tank. Distinguished and elegant fruit driven nose with notes of strawberry, damson plum, licorice and hints of black pepper. Fruity and balanced on the palate with a velvety texture which leads to a fresh finish. Pairs well with charcuterie, dried cheeses, and white meats. The philosophy
