Sylvain Pataille, Pinot Noir, Marsannay Rouge, Côte de Nuits, France 2023 wasserman Seabra is dedicated to proving100% Pinot Noir Vines planted from 1950 1980, on a blend of multiple terroirs across the village appellation. Viticulture is certified organic, with biodynamic methods. Vinification is 30% whole cluster, indigenous yeast fermentation. Aged for 18 months in older oak barrels, low sulfur additions at bottling.
