The dark green canvas holder does show some fraying (which can be seen clearly in the photos provided) but is still 100% functional and weight-bearing

Originally designed in 1967 by Giancarlo Piretti for the venerated Anonima Castelli Company the Plia chair is still in production today and a staple of Italian Modern Design

The leather and rosewood have been exceptional well kept

The solid teak composition is in excellent shape showing only minor surface scratches and nicks (the worst of which can be seen in the detail photos provided)
