Old vines grown at high elevation on multi generational family,organic farm wine estate in foothills of Andes Mountains. The long lost Bordeaux variety, all but wiped out by the phylloxera blight of the late 19th century, flourishes in the long, dry growing season in Chile. Herbaceous, full bodied and layered with ripe, dark fruits. Try with a grilled steak!
