Elderflower Gin Fortified complexityJuniper Elderflower Orange Angelica Root Cucumber Lavender Rose Petals Cassia Bark A distinctly floral Old Tom style Gin, created by infusing lavender, rose petals and of course, elderflower. On the nose it is honeyed and floral , bursting with botanicals a hint of spice comes from cassia bark. On the palate a soft sweetness is followed by flavours of rose petals and chamomile while delicate notes of lychee and green floral notes linger on the finish.
