resulting in a wine that is structured yet silky

The 2020 showed a good deal of completeness already prior to bottling and I expect it will have a good deal of cellaring potential

It was aged 45 days and then bottled at 50% ABV or 100 proof

sourced from cool vineyard sites across Napa and Sonoma and fermented separately before blending
