Apparently this is the original synagogue that was on East Fulton St and was first called the Hebrew Mutual Assistance Association Synagogue

The picture on the opposite side shows the famous ELECTRIC TOWER and to the eye it is one mass of electric light being entirely covered with incandescent lamps and when lighted can be see for several miles

I am thinking that the people on the card may have been the owner and daughter - but that is just my guess

but a great card none the less
