The velvety tannins are super integrated and smooth, but with terrific balance and finish that gives it unusual length in the palate. This terroir driven red wine is organically farmed, vegan, Non GMO and gluten free. All the fermentations were done in concrete tanks with native yeast and 2+ weeks on the skins post
