Each mount is CNC laser cut in house from 10 gauge P. O. steel and finished with a durable black powder coat. Installation is simpleusing existing bed holes, so no drilling is required. Just remove four bolts, reuse two of them, and replace the other two with the supplied hardware. Fits Factory
