Matured for 30 years in a single oak cask bottled at 46% Vol Nose: Waxed parchment paper, hints of salted caramel and soft honey, dried apricots and sweet peach, melon and light chocolate, candied banana with a touch of sweet smoke and white chocolate. Palate: Light citrus tangy notes
