This Communal bottling combines spirit from the four terroirs flavoured by Clairin: Cavaillon, Barraderes, Pignon and St. Michel de lAttalaye. The rum is produced from heritage sugar cane strains, fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in traditional pot stills. Clairin Communal serves up notes of chopped green herbs, light flowers, grassy cane, lime rind, tropical fruits
