For this version, we are showcasing Comet hops from Bulldog Hop Company in Harriston, Ontario. We took our big, fluffy base of IPA brewed with oats and dry hopped it heavily with Comet hops from Bulldog. We've also added the usual kiss of our hand selected Sabro from Yakima Chief for that 'take me away' coconut suggestion.
