Victoria Topaque Sparkling Our Gin is infused withA younger Rutherglen style Topaque. The Topaque style is a little lighter in flavour intensity when compared with the better known fortifieds such as Muscat and Tawny. For this reason it offers an interesting alternative dessert wine to round off a fine meal. Vanilla and sweet toffee on the nose with developed fruit characters.
