Install it in any tri clamp kettle's thermometer port and attach your preferred valve to the side inlet. The front of the fitting can be capped off with a 1. 5" T. C. end cap, or you can pair with the BrewBuilt Thermowell Offset to install a thermometer or temperature probe.
