The German mountain boots (bergschuhe) were not only issued to Gebirgstruppen, but photos various units can be seen wearing these. From Field divisions in Normandy, to Fallschirmjger in Italy. These boots on offer here are Swiss original mountain boots from the 1950s, heavily studded and double thickness sole, with a pattern similar to the Wehrmacht ones. These are a very good alternative to using rubber sole
